More and more blocks and estates are taking on the obligations of the management of their freeholds as RMCs.  We work for the RMCs to advise, guide and help the Officers of the RMCs to administer their obligations by taking care of the common parts and structure of their property and helping create a pleasant environment for all stakeholders in the estate.

 

We administer their responsibilities to the leaseholders by taking a common sense approach to administering their obligations under the terms of the lease.  We take care of the fabric of the common property, organise buildings insurance, administer service charge issues and, where relevant, collect of ground rents.

We maintain the common parts and structure of the property and administer their service charges.  We plan the maintenance of the property, in association with any interested parties, and manage issues relating to providing a pleasant environment for flat owners to live in,  consequently adding value to their individual properties.
