FirstPort are delighted to announce the acquisition of Alexander Faulkner Partnership (“AFP”), the property management business with offices in Fareham, Birmingham and Weston Super-Mare, effective from 6th March 2023.
As part of the transaction, the AFP Senior Management team will all remain with the business and continue to be responsible for providing exceptional service levels for AFP’s clients and customers. Nick Faulkner, the Managing Director and Founder of AFP, will step back from the day to day management of the business as part of the transaction, handing over day to day responsibilities to his team, led by Laura Reeves and Craig Covell.

Alexander Faulkner Partnership are Chartered Surveyors specialising in block management and estate management. We manage in excess of 25000 units across the south of England and the midlands, including private housing estates, prestigious blocks of apartments and mixed tenure developments consisting of freehold houses, apartments and commercial units.

Our head office is located in Fareham, Hampshire, just off Junction 9 of the M27 with ample car parking and meetings facilities for our clients. Our location is perfectly placed to manage properties in Gosport, Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Romsey and across the central south coast. We manage a number of prestigious developments in the area, including Port Solent and Centenary Quay.
Our office in Cobham, Surrey, serves the south west London boroughs and home counties including Croydon, Guildford, Kingston, Twickenham, Staines, Farnham and Chersey.
In the south west, we have an office in Weston-Super-Mare which is well-placed to manage developments in Bristol and Bath. In the midlands, we have an office in central Birmingham.
